The spotlight will be on Priya H. Mohan, the under-20 World championships relay bronze medallist and the country’s fastest quartermiler last year, at the 81 st National inter-university athletics championships for women which begin at the KIIT-KISS stadium here on Monday.
Summy, also an under-20 Worlds relay bronze medallist, will also be in action. Nearly 3,000 athletes will be seen in action at the four-day event.
“We also saw Dutee Chand here. If she does run, Priya and Dutee will clash in the 200m,” said Priya’s coach Arjun Ajay from Bhubaneswar on Sunday night.
