As Nmami shared about the health benefits of these two things on her Instagram, she begins by saying, “Sesame seeds are a good source of calcium magnesium, fibre, protein. It reduces the risk of heart diseases and osterperosis.” Then she further adds, “jaggery is a good source of iron, anti-oxidant and beneficial for digestion.” Lastly, she also says that when these two are eaten together, it makes an ultimate food combination that one can have post-meal! Gud Til Ladoo Recipe: Here’s How To Make Gud Til Ladoo

First, roast sesame seeds in a pan and keep them aside to cool down. Then, place a wok on the gas and heat it by adding ghee. Add jaggery to it and let it melt completely. Slow down the flame. After melting the jaggery, add sesame seeds, cardamom powder, crushed almonds and cashews and mix it all well. Now turn off the gas. After the mixture cools down a bit, grease your hands and make ladoos from it. Keep these ladoos in an airtight container and enjoy them.
